Garopaba is placed in the
south coast of the state of Santa Catarina, the 96 kilometers of
Florianópolis. To who it comes of the north of the state, to follow for the
BR-101 in direction to the south of the state, until kilometer 272, folding
to the left in the access the Araçatuba and entering SC 434, continuing for
14 kilometers until the entrance for the Ferrugem Beach. Who comes of the south
